Mit Yesterday Is Heavy hat der Produzent und Singer-Songwriter Lil Silva letzte Woche sein Debütalbum veröffentlicht. Die zwölf Titel der LP sind über die letzten Jahre entstanden und haben Lil Silva einiges abverlangt. So erläutert der Künstler:
“It’s an album about stepping outside of a comfort zone, outside of myself. It’s about heft and heart but mostly about hope […] It’s taken me a long time to get to this stage, but I appreciate the value of taking time and I don’t regret it. Yesterday is heavy but tomorrow is forever.”
